The fastest way to contact us is in our Discord server. You can chat with us directly to make suggestions, request assistance with moderation, and get sneak peeks of what's coming next.

If your issue is regarding anything in-game or a ban appeal, please email us at appeal@trassgames.com and add your Meta Username.

Promo Codes

If you have not seen the email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check the following:

  • Spam/Promotion folder: Check your spam/promotion folders for an email with subject "Yeeps promo code for order #{your order number}"
  • Wrong email address: Double-check the email address on your order. Is it correct?
  • Email inbox full: We're seeing that a few email are rejected because the email inbox is full. You need to clear emails out of it. 

IRL Plush Timeline

The Yeeps Plush and the Yeeps Plush Pets are in stock and ship within a few days.

  • All tracking information will be emailed to you once the plush has been shipped.

IRL Plush Issues

If you find a defect with your plush, please email us with a description of the defect and photos or videos that show the issue. We need to see the issue to understand if there's any fix we can recommend or if an exchange seems in order.  

IRL Maker Kit Timeline

If you are ordering now, the Maker Kit is in stock and ships within a few days. 

  • All tracking information will be emailed to you once the Maker Kit has been shipped.
  • An email with the Maker challenge (for the Maker badge) will be sent to you 1 day after the delivery of your package.

Chargebacks

Any instances of scamming, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks will result in the permanent suspension of your or your child's Yeeps game account, in accordance with our Terms of Service. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at support@trassgames.com and we will cancel your order and refund your money.

  • We can only cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
