Plush support
Plush promo codes
If you have not seen the email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check the following:
- Spam folder: Check your spam folder for an email with subject "Yeeps promo code for order #{your order number}"
- Wrong email address: Double-check the email address on your order. Is it correct?
- Email inbox full: We're seeing that a few email are rejected because the email inbox is full. You need to clear emails out of it.
- No email given with order: If you placed an order with just your phone number, we can't send you the email with codes. Please use form below to ask us for help.
IRL plush issues
If you find a defect with your plush, please email us with a description and a couple photos. We need to see the issue to understand if there's fix we can recommend or is an exchange seems in order.
Please email only once
Please do not email or message more than once. We are going through emails from oldest to newest – as fast as we can.
We will be setting up a ticketing system soon and it will have some automation, but for now, it's all manual. Our support team is working long hours. Thank you for understanding that we're new to this and learning.

Plush orders FAQ
PayPal payment issues
We ran into an issue with PayPal, as they just refused to process payments for plush orders. If you were affected and were not yet notified by us, here's the news.
For us to complete the PayPal orders, we reached out to customers to have them change their payment method. We then created a new order with the same items and discounts (if applicable), and the orders were still part of Batch 1, and were shipped out.
Once we accepted this new payment, we deleted the original order. And they got their promo code for the in-game plush within 24 hours.
We're truly sorry for this inconvenience. We had a frustrating back and forth with PayPal for over a week, but since they've refused to help us, we have resorted to a more direct, manual approach. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
PayPal refunds
PayPal has once again complicated issues. All PayPal orders have been cancelled and I have tried to refund your money. Unfortunately, PayPal has decided to not allow us to return your money. They have also NOT paid us, so they are holding your money. When we contacted them to refund your money, this is what they told me:
“If the buyers are requesting a refund you can ask them to contact us directly from their PayPal account so that we can assist them on the pending orders as the funds are not yet deducted from their respective funding source.“
So you will need to contact PayPal. We're sorry. We tried to solve this for you, but it is impossible for us to help any further. Please reach out to PayPal immediately to get your refund.
