Trass Games Inc. Licensing Request Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in obtaining a license to use the "Yeeps", “Yeeps: Hide and Seek”, or "Gods of Gravity” characters, trademarks, and/or copyrights (collectively, intellectual property or "IP") owned by Trass Games Inc. Please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your application.

We’re excited that you want to use our IP! If you’re interested in creating art, having fun, using our imagery, and not making money then please fill out this Licensing Form then email Legal@TrassGames.com to let us know you've submitted.

If you want to sell Yeeps related items please review the requirements below then email  Legal@TrassGames.com with the necessary information.

Submission Requirements:

To apply for a commercial license agreement, you must provide the following materials:

1. Plan: An overview of your proposed use of the IP, including:

- A description of the products, services, or content you plan to create

- A description of the monetization plan

- Who are the customers?

- Where will it be sold or distributed?

- What are your expected sales per month?

- Your name (or business name), address, and business structure (that means individual, LLC, S-Corp, etc.) 

2. Visuals: Include 1-3 images showing the project and how IP will be included.

3. Additional Supporting Information (optional): Include any other materials or information that may assist in the evaluation of your application.

4. Fees:  If approved, you will be required to pay a fee. While our commercial license fees are typically nominal (for example, a one-time payment of $1.00 USD), such fees vary considerably (depending on intended use) and may be subject to change. 

Important Notes:

- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the commercial licensing program.

- All applications will be reviewed thoroughly by Trass Games Inc., and acceptance is at our sole discretion.

- Approved licenses may include specific restrictions on the use of official branding, images, and other IP elements.

- Certain uses of the IP may be prohibited or require modification to align with Trass Games Inc.'s branding standards and policies.

- If under 18, please have your parents/guardians fill out the above information. 

Review Process:

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. We aim to provide a response within 2 weeks after receiving the email. A confirmation that the email was received will be sent to you upon arrival and timer will begin from that email being sent out. Review times may vary based on the complexity of the proposal, the volume of applications, and the current state of affairs of Trass Games Inc.
