Trass Games Inc. Licensing Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in obtaining a license to use the "Yeeps", “Yeeps: Hide and Seek”, or "Gods of Gravity” characters, trademarks, and/or copyrights (collectively, intellectual property or "IP") owned by Trass Games Inc. Please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your application.

We’re excited that you want to use our IP!

Non-Commercial Use (Free) — No License Required

We love seeing the community create and share content!
If you are not selling anything and are creating Yeep-related content for fun or for free (such as fan art, free websites, videos, or personal projects), you do not need to submit a licensing form or agreement.

You are welcome to create and share non-commercial content as long as it follows our general community and branding guidelines.

Commercial Use — License Required

If you plan to sell any Yeep-related content, products, or experiences, you must apply for and agree to a Commercial License Agreement.

Examples of commercial use include (but are not limited to):

- Selling merchandise or art

- Paid websites or apps

- Monetized videos or experiences

- Any content behind a paywall or requiring payment to access
