However, because we have limited stock, there may be times when the plush is unavailable, but we will continue to make more based on demand. This is still a big experiment and we don’t know what to expect.

However, some prepaid gift cards require activation or registration before use. Do that before purchasing to prevent potential declines during checkout.

Within 1 hour of your order, you'll receive an email with a unique, random promo code and instructions telling you to redeem it in the promo machine in the Playground map. That will unlock the in-game plush item. If you don't see the email within 1 hour, please check out Support page for help.

You could give someone else your promo code, and they could redeem it. However, each promo code can only be used once, and we cannot resolve disputes of ownership.

The in-game plush will match the color of the plush you purchased, so in theory you could have up to 3 in-game plushes if you had all 3 colors.

If your order has multiple plush, you will see a promo code for each, and be able to tell which code goes with which color. The promo codes will not expire anytime soon.

Your in-game plush mimics your every move and can be thrown and blown about. It does not "walk" around like you can.

You can give your plush to others to hold, but it only mimics you (not them).

The plush stands 6.3" tall (16cm). The box is 6x6x3". Each plush package weighs about 6.5 oz.

The hands can grip around rods that are 3-5mm diameter.

We'll post more dimensions later, to help you make DIY accessories that fit.

It can attach to the wall using two thumb tacks along the top edge of the lid, like seen in the video.

We recommend flat thumb tacks (like these) but any thumb tack or nail or screw can work.

There are two magnets in each hand, one at finger tips and one at base of palm. This one-of-a-kind design enables the hands to 1) grip around things (up to 5mm in diameter) like the wooden pin and 2) hold things that contain a ferrous metal piece (like a steel washer) like the portal ball.

The magnets are also strong enough to let the plush hang from anything ferrous metal (like fridges, lamps, lockers, etc.) and let at least 3 plush hang in a chain holding hands.

There's also a magnet in the head to enable a classic "oh, no" pose and hold future DIY headwear.

The wooden pins and felt portal ball are just the beginning. We are eager to see what you can make on your own!

We are exploring ways to support DIY makers, but we have been busy just getting to plush to market and need time.

The photo you see of the Yeep Plush with a firework is one of our first experiments. We hope you will make your own accessories and share them in Discord and YouTube.

Once your order status is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have up to 30 days to reach out to us with complaints about a damaged package, defects, incorrect sizing, or other issues.
