Yeeps IRL Sales Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued due to the direct integration of purchases with in-game items. Once a transaction is completed, the items are irrevocably tied to your account and cannot be undone or refunded. However, we may offer exchanges for physical merchandise under specific conditions such as defects or incorrect sizing.

No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once the transaction is completed.

Shipping and Address Verification: We may review shipping addresses for validity before processing orders. If we determine that a shipping address is invalid or incomplete, we will hold your order and contact you at the email provided during checkout to request corrections. Your order will not ship until a valid address is confirmed. If you do not respond to our address correction requests within 14 days, we may cancel your order.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your item is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Timeframes: Shipping timeframes (including expedited shipping options) begin from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking information, not from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary, and orders placed on weekends may experience additional delays. All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds for orders that experience shipping delays or are delivered outside of the estimated shipping window.

Any instances of scamming, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks will result in the permanent suspension of your or your child's Yeeps: Hide and Seek game account, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Once your order status is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have up to 30 days to contact us with complaints about a damaged package, defects, incorrect sizing, or other issues.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review and confirm your purchase and shipping address before completing the transaction, as we are unable to process refunds or cancellations. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms.
