Every Plush Pet includes a promo code for an in-game flying dragon that can fly your in-game plush through the skies and even breathe fire.

Each pet unlocks a different colored dragon: 

  • Dog: purple dragon
  • Cat: black dragon
  • Chicken: green dragon

You can only redeem one dragon/egg of each color, per yeeps account. Collect all three to get the whole set!

After you order, we'll send a promo code to your email. Redeem it in-game to get your egg.

Everyone’s dragon eggs will count down together until they finally hatch live at Dragon Fest, a huge in-game event on November 28. The whole community will be there—it's a party. If you can't make it, no worries. Your egg will hatch instantly anytime after the event ends.

Availability & shipping

The Yeeps Plush Pets are ONLY available here at yeeps.com. Any Yeeps products you see on Amazon, Walmart, or other sites are fakes.

We have warehouses in US, Canada, and UK, so our products deliver quickly (within 2-8 business days), once shipped.

For orders placed before Nov 30, while our stock lasts:

  • US: Ships by Dec 5
  • Canada: Ships by Dec 10
  • UK: No current estimate for shipping to begin, may not arrive by Dec 25

(These dates vary because some stock is still arriving in certain countries.)

We are actively working selling our plush in Australia as well, but we can’t currently predict ship dates.

The Yeeps Cat is out of stock in the US. We will start taking preorders in the upcoming days. The plushes bought on preorder will not ship for Christmas, but you should still get the promo code within 1 hour.

Care instructions

We recommend you hand-wash your plush with mild soap and hot water. Do not use a washing machine. Gently press out excess water, place in drying bag, and use a drying machine. Or, air dry in direct sunlight.

Christmas Shipping

US and Canada only: If your goal is to receive the Yeeps Plush or the Yeeps Plush Pets before Christmas, we recommend you place an order before December 10th. Any orders placed after that date might not make it in time for the holidays.

As a reminder, even when placing this order by our suggested cutoff date, there may be issues or delays with mail carriers that we cannot take responsibility for and/or cannot foresee.

Can I buy the plush anywhere besides yeeps.com?

No. Yeeps.com is the only place to buy the Yeeps™ Plush and Yeeps™ Plush Pets. If you were to buy a knock-off or a second-hand plush any other store, you would NOT get a valid promo code to unlock the in-game pet dragon.

Please be careful out there!

Is this a limited-time offer?

No, it is NOT limited time.

However, because we have limited stock, there may be times when the plush is unavailable, but we will continue to make more based on demand. This is still a big experiment and we don’t know what to expect.

How does pricing and multi-plush 10% discount work?

When checking out, you should see a discount automatically applied. The prices and discounts below are in USD and used as an example only; your price will be converted to your local currency when you checkout.

Important - shipping costs may vary, depending on your location.

1 Yeeps plush or Yeeps plush pets: $29.99
2 Yeeps plush or Yeeps plush pets: $29.99 + $27.00 = $56.99
3 Yeeps plush or Yeeps plush pets: $29.99 + $27.00 + $27.00 = $83.99

And so on. The discount only works for plushes purchased together in the same order

Purchasing multiple plushes in the same order will also save you shipping costs.

How can I pay? Can I pay with credit gift cards?

You will be able to pay with Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, AmEx, etc.

And yes, you will be able to pay with credit gift cards, such as Visa or Mastercard gift cards.

However, some prepaid gift cards require activation or registration before use. Do that before purchasing to prevent potential declines during checkout.

How does the reinforced block box stick to the wall?

It can attach to the wall using two thumb tacks along the top edge of the lid.

We recommend flat thumb tacks (like these) but any thumb tack or nail or screw can work.

Get your parent's permission first before putting on the wall!

Other issues with plush

Once your order status is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have up to 30 days to reach out to us with complaints about a damaged package, defects, incorrect sizing, or other issues.

What's the deal with Dragon Fest? Do I have to be there?

It's a huge in-game event on November 28th, 2025 at 10 am PST where everyone hatches their Dragon Eggs live.

The Trass team will be there, the whole community will be there. It's a Dragon party and you're all invited!

If you can't make it, no worries. Your egg will hatch instantly anytime after the event ends.

How do I get my Dragon Egg? Do I get one for each pet?

After you order, we'll send a promo code to your email (double check your email is entered correctly!).

Redeem the code at the Promo Code Machine in-game to get your egg. And yes, you get one code per pet.

Each pet (Dog, Cat, Chicken) unlocks a different colored dragon, so collect all three to get the whole set.

Note - that you can only redeem one dragon/egg of each color.

I bought a pet but didn't get my promo code. What gives?

Check your spam or promotions folder first, look for “Yeeps Promo Code” as sometimes they hide there.

If you still can't find it after an hour, contact us through our support page or email us at support@trassgames.com with your order number, and we'll get you sorted.

So, what’s exactly in the box?

You get one 3" tall (7.5cm) Yeeps Plush Pet (your choice of Dog, Cat, or Chicken), a 6x6x3” reinforced pillow block box, a felt pet bed with a folding pillow, a magnetic tennis ball, and a pet brush.

Do the pets work with the original Yeeps Plush?

Totally. The pet's magnetic mouth can stick to the Yeep's hand magnet. The magnet on the pet's head also lets the Yeep carry it around. They're designed to be a team.

Is this a pre-order?

The plushes are going to be shipped to the US and Canada by Christmas.

If you are in the UK, you can pre-order them, but they are not guaranteed shipping for Christmas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada and the US.

We are looking into starting shipping to the UK and Australia in the upcoming months, once we are unblocked in those markets.

Can I buy the accessories (box, tennis ball, brush, bed) separately?

No, the only way to get these is with the Yeeps Pets. We'll let everyone know if that changes!

How does the dragon’s color work?

The Cat Plush grants you a promo code for a black in-game flying pet dragon.

The Chicken Plush grants you a promo code for a green in-game flying pet dragon.

The Dog Plush grants you a promo code for a purple in-game flying pet dragon.
