Fini la solitude ! La Yeeps peluche a trois nouveaux amis ! Ce sont les animaux de compagnie en peluche officiels Yeeps, confectionnés dans des matériaux ultra-doux et dotés de surprenantes fonctionnalités magnétiques.

Mesurant 7,5 cm (3 pouces) de haut, ils tiennent dans la main ou peuvent être posés sur un bureau, et sont toujours prêts à être câlinés ou à jouer.

Code promo et festival du dragon

Les œufs de dragon de tous les joueurs seront synchronisés jusqu'à leur éclosion en direct lors du Dragon Fest, un événement majeur en jeu le 28 novembre. Toute la communauté sera présente : c'est la fête ! Si vous ne pouvez pas y assister, pas de souci : votre œuf éclora instantanément après la fin de l'événement.

Disponibilité et expédition

Les Yeeps sont disponibles UNIQUEMENT sur yeeps.com . Tous les produits Yeeps que vous voyez sur Amazon, Walmart ou d'autres sites sont des contrefaçons.

Nous disposons d'entrepôts aux États-Unis, au Canada et au Royaume-Uni, ce qui nous permet de livrer rapidement nos produits (sous 2 à 8 jours ouvrables) une fois expédiés.

Pour les commandes passées avant le 23 novembre :

  • États-Unis : Expédié avant le 1er décembre
  • Canada : Expédition avant le 10 décembre
  • Royaume-Uni : Aucune estimation actuelle concernant le début des expéditions ; la livraison pourrait ne pas avoir lieu avant le 25 décembre.

Instructions d'entretien

Nous vous recommandons de laver votre peluche à la main avec un savon doux et de l'eau chaude. Ne pas utiliser de machine à laver. Essorez délicatement l'excédent d'eau, placez-la dans un sac de séchage et utilisez un sèche-linge. Vous pouvez également la faire sécher à l'air libre au soleil.

Christmas Shipping

US and Canada: If your goal is to receive the Yeeps Plush or the Yeeps Plush Pets before Christmas, we recommend you place an order before December 10th. Any orders placed after that date might not make it in time for the holidays.

UK: If your goal is to receive the Yeeps Plush or the Yeeps Plush Pets before Christmas, we recommend you place an order before December 14th. Any orders placed after that date might not make it in time for the holidays.

As a reminder, even when placing this order by our suggested cutoff date, there may be issues or delays with mail carriers that we cannot take responsibility for and/or cannot foresee.

Can I buy the plush anywhere besides yeeps.com?

No. Yeeps.com is the only place to buy the Yeeps™ Plush and Yeeps™ Plush Pets. If you were to buy a knock-off or a second-hand plush any other store, you would NOT get a valid promo code to unlock the in-game pet dragon.

Please be careful out there!

Is this a limited-time offer?

No, it is NOT limited time.

However, because we have limited stock, there may be times when the plush is unavailable, but we will continue to make more based on demand. This is still a big experiment and we don’t know what to expect.

How does pricing and multi-plush 10% discount work?

When checking out, you should see a discount automatically applied. The prices and discounts below are in USD and used as an example only; your price will be converted to your local currency when you checkout.

Important - shipping costs may vary, depending on your location.

1 Yeeps plush or Yeeps plush pets: $29.99
2 Yeeps plush or Yeeps plush pets: $29.99 + $27.00 = $56.99
3 Yeeps plush or Yeeps plush pets: $29.99 + $27.00 + $27.00 = $83.99

And so on. The discount only works for plushes purchased together in the same order

Purchasing multiple plushes in the same order will also save you shipping costs.

How can I pay? Can I pay with credit gift cards?

You will be able to pay with Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, AmEx, etc.

And yes, you will be able to pay with credit gift cards, such as Visa or Mastercard gift cards.

However, some prepaid gift cards require activation or registration before use. Do that before purchasing to prevent potential declines during checkout.

How does the reinforced block box stick to the wall?

It can attach to the wall using two thumb tacks along the top edge of the lid.

We recommend flat thumb tacks (like these) but any thumb tack or nail or screw can work.

Get your parent's permission first before putting on the wall!

Other issues with plush

Once your order status is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have up to 30 days to reach out to us with complaints about a damaged package, defects, incorrect sizing, or other issues.

What's the deal with Dragon Fest? Do I have to be there?

It's a huge in-game event on November 28th, 2025 at 10 am PST where everyone hatches their Dragon Eggs live.

The Trass team will be there, the whole community will be there. It's a Dragon party and you're all invited!

If you can't make it, no worries. Your egg will hatch instantly anytime after the event ends.

How do I get my Dragon Egg? Do I get one for each pet?

After you order, we'll send a promo code to your email (double check your email is entered correctly!).

Redeem the code at the Promo Code Machine in-game to get your egg. And yes, you get one code per pet.

Each pet (Dog, Cat, Chicken) unlocks a different colored dragon, so collect all three to get the whole set.

Note - that you can only redeem one dragon/egg of each color.

I bought a pet but didn't get my promo code. What gives?

Check your spam or promotions folder first, look for “Yeeps Promo Code” as sometimes they hide there.

If you still can't find it after an hour, contact us through our support page or email us at support@trassgames.com with your order number, and we'll get you sorted.

So, what’s exactly in the box?

You get one 3" tall (7.5cm) Yeeps Plush Pet (your choice of Dog, Cat, or Chicken), a 6x6x3” reinforced pillow block box, a felt pet bed with a folding pillow, a magnetic tennis ball, and a pet brush.

Do the pets work with the original Yeeps Plush?

Totally. The pet's magnetic mouth can stick to the Yeep's hand magnet. The magnet on the pet's head also lets the Yeep carry it around. They're designed to be a team.

Is this a pre-order?

The plushes are going to be shipped to the US, the UK, and Canada by Christmas if ordered by the deadline shown in "Availability & Shipping".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and the US.

We are looking into starting shipping to Australia in the upcoming months, once we are unblocked there.

Can I buy the accessories (box, tennis ball, brush, bed) separately?

No, the only way to get these is with the Yeeps Pets. We'll let everyone know if that changes!

How does the dragon’s color work?

The Cat Plush grants you a promo code for a black in-game flying pet dragon.

The Chicken Plush grants you a promo code for a green in-game flying pet dragon.

The Dog Plush grants you a promo code for a purple in-game flying pet dragon.
